PhD in administrative, constitutional and EU law received  in 2002 from the University of Innsbruck (with distinction).

University degree in law obtained in 1996 at Trento University.

University degree in interpreting in German and French, obtained in 1989 at the Faculty for Interpreting and Translating (Scuola Superiore di Lingue moderne per Interpreti e Traduttori), Trieste University.
Two semester study stay at Heidelberg University and one semester study stay at Geneva University.

Attendance of the legal translation courses organised by the Accademia Europea in Bolzano (European Academy) for four semesters (from 1993 to 1995).

Attendance in 1997 and 1998 at the Accademia Europea in Bolzano of a course on communication strategies (Neurolinguistisches Programmieren) for trainers.


Teaching experience:

Academic years 2003/2004, 2004/2005,  2005/2006, 2006/2007 (in Italian language) and 2007/2008 (in German language): Teaching at a practical seminar on the German administrative proceedings within the framework of the course on transnational administrative law at Trento University (20 hours).

September 2007: Teaching course for the staff of the administration of the Province of Trento about the new provincial law on administrative procedures (28 hours).    

Coordinator and teacher of a course on Italian/German juridical terminology, organized by the Trentino South Tyrol Region for justices of the peace and for the Region's administrative staff (2004/2005).

May-June 2003: Seminar on the decision of constitutionality within the framework of a course on public law at the Faculty of Sociology of Trento University.

November – December 2002: Lecturer on administrative law by Trento University's appointment on vices in measures and administrative law at the UPAD education and training institute in Bolzano.

1997/1998: Teaching courses for the staff of the Provincial administrative body at the Accademia Europea in Bolzano. Topics: transparency and right of access to administrative documents, law 675/96 (Italian law on privacy), liability in public administration, sources of law.
