The Coordination Unit of the Alpine Convention – IMA offers an
Internship in international and environmental cooperation
The Intern should preferably have a juridical-social or/and environmental background
Responsibilities:
She/he will work within a team of young researchers who deals with different topics, she/he will develop her/his knowledge in the field of juridical, social and environmental sciences; she/he will also contribute to research in the field of international relations and in particular international treaties, institutional relations and international cooperation; moreover she/he will draft scientific articles and publications with the help of our experts and of the head of the Coordination Unit: all these tasks require an excellent knowledge of English – the excellent knowledge of further languages (Italian, German, French) will be an asset especially in the drafting of texts on institutional and juridical issues.
This position also gives the opportunity to travel in Italy and abroad in order to take part to meetings, conferences and events which will be reimbursed by the EUARC. The intern might also support the organizational needs of the Unit.
Qualifications:
- To be enrolled in a postgraduate degree preferably in law, political or environmental sciences.
- Excellent English knowledge - the excellent knowledge of further languages (Italian, German, French) will be an asset
- Excellent writing skills
- Attitude towards further training and towards in a interdisciplinary team
- Good organizational skills
- Good knowledge of Office suite
