Research library

The research library collects and opens up to the public new scientific literature related to the following research sections:

• Applied Linguistics
• Minorities and Autonomies 
• Sustainable Development
• Management and corporate culture
• Life Science

External users can consult the library's collection in the reading hall (reference library). At present the stock amounts to approximately 12.000 documents and 280 periodicals. Furthermore, various legal data bases concerning the Italian, German, and Austrian legislation are available on CD ROM.

ECO library

The Eco library with its collection of more than 10.000 media (books, periodicals, multimedia, CD-ROMs, games) is the biggest specialized library of in the field of environment and ecology.

• Biological gardening and Ecological agriculture
• Healthy diet, Naturopathy
• Environmental education, sports and games

The ECO library is a lending library. Schools and other libraries have the possibility to lend special multimedia kits.

Research
The search in the library catalogue (EURAC - Library and ECO - Library) can be done via OPAC (online public access catalogue). New: see the New additions of the Library.

Access to the legal data base is given by a specific work station of the library. The Library offers Internet access as a further reference tool. 

You can suggest orders for new books to the Library. Complete the form and send it to the Library.

Opening hours of the library
During the regular workdays the library is open at the following times Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. -6.00 p.m. Modifications due to operational requirements will be signalled.
