The JOINT Masters programme is offered by the Karl-Franzens-University of Graz, the Faculty of Law – University of Zagreb and the Autonomous University of Barcelona in co-operation with the European Academy of Bolzano and the European Institute of Public Administration (Antennae Luxembourg and Barcelona).

The three participating universities jointly award the degree of a Master in European Studies (M.E.S.).

EIPAThe European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) is an independent institute carrying out training and research on public administration and European policies, providing a variety of services to the administrations of the Member States and the acceeding countries as well as to the EU institutions in support of their tasks and responsibilities related to European integration.

EIPA established an Antenna in Luxembourg, incorporating the European Centre for Judges and Lawyers. The particular aim of this Centre is to improve training in Community law for judges, lawyers, public servants and other legal experts from the Member States of the European Union and from countries that have applied for accession to the EU.

Universitat Autňnoma de Barcelona (UAB) is a higher education institution providing quality teaching in a wide variety of courses that meet the needs of society andare adapted to the new models of the Europe of Knowledge

The UAB hosts the only centre of European studies in Catalonia. The University Institute of European Studies (IUEE) is a public institution created in 1985 by the Autonomous Government of Catalonia (Generalitat) and the Universitat Autňnoma de Barcelona (UAB). The IUEE is an interdisciplinary centre dedicated to higher education, training and research on European affairs.

 

Antenna Barcelona EIPA-ECR is a Foundation created by the Government of the Autonomous Community of Catalonia and the European Institute of Public Administration. Its objectives are to promote regional cooperation in the EU and ensure consistency in the implementation of community policies at infra-state level.

The European Academy  (EURAC) is located in the autonomous region of Trentino-Alto Adige / South Tyrol in northern Italy. the case of South Tyrol is often quoted as a model of self-governancne and regionalism, hence EURAC is able to provide exceptional theoretical and practical knowledge in the examination and application of issues related to minority protection and regionalism.
