As already detailed in the second circular, all submitted manuscripts will be double blind reviewed by an international expert group. We are planning to publish the best papers within two special issues of international journals, which will appear in print in 2006.

All contributors will be contacted individually regarding the appropriate journal and instructions to authors.

You are required to hand in your manuscript (digital copy and three hard copies) at the conference secretariat during the conference in September. Later submissions cannot be accepted.

Usually only a maximum of 10 papers will be published within a special issue. Therefore, the chief editors of the journals will have to select from all manuscripts which have obtained two positive evaluations in the reviewing process. For the remaining positively evaluated contributions, we offer the possibility of online conference proceedings.

Manuscripts which do not pass the reviewing process or have not been presented at the conference will not be published.
