Instructions for oral presentations

Oral presentations will take 15 minutes each and will be followed by 5 minutes of discussion. Speakers can choose to present using overhead-transparencies or a digital presentation (PowerPoint-format). Speakers are advised to keep strictly within the time limit. All plenary sessions will be held in the auditorium.
Digital presentations have to be handed to technical support in the auditorium at least 30 minutes before the start of each session.

Instructions for poster presentations

The posters will be on display during the whole conference. The maximum size of the posters is 80 x 100 cm (portrait). We kindly ask you to only use easily removable adhesive tape which is available at the conference secretariat.
Authors will present their posters in specific poster sessions (two parallel sessions on Thursday and Friday each), which are split in two sections:

a 5 minute presentation using overhead-transparencies or a digital presentation (PowerPoint-format). The presentations will be held in Seminar rooms I and II. Digital presentations have to be handed to technical support in Seminar Room I and II before lunch the day of presentation.
