Review process, submissions and deadlines
Review process The Scientific Track of the Culture meets Economy Conference provides a two stage blind peer-reviewing process. In the first stage, abstracts will be evaluated and assessed for acceptance (access review). On the Scientific Track the research work will be presented, offering the opportunity for discussion of results. On this basis, in the second stage, full papers will pass through the review process.
Abstract The deadline for submission of abstracts is 31/03/08. Abstracts have to be between 500 – 1000 words, must be submitted in English and must include:
- Research objective or questions
- Research methodology and theoretical perspectives
- Main findings or conclusions
The authors will be notified of the acceptance of their abstract by 30/04/08.
Full Paper The deadline for submission of full papers is 31/07/08. Full papers must be in English and should not exceed 15 pages (max. 6000 words) including figures, tables, appendices and references. After the review process, the revised full paper has to be submitted by 15/09/08.
Guidelines The guideline for authors applies to abstracts and full papers and is available for download on: Guidelines for authors. The adherence to these guidelines is obligatory.
Submissions All submissions must be made electronically and should be sent in MS-Word format according to the guidelines by e-mail to: sandra.lange@eurac.edu
Important deadlines
- Submission of abstracts: 31/03/08
- Notification on acceptance of abstract: 30/04/08
- Presentation and discussion at the Scientific Track: 11/06/08
- Submission of full paper for reviewing: 31/07/08
- Submission of revised full paper for publication: 15/09/08
Conference proceedings
The accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings. The publication will be provided to all participants of the Scientific Track.
