The Institute of Genetic Medicine is supported by a Steering Committee and a Scientific Advisory Board.

Steering Committee
The Steering Committee consists of representatives from the public institutions involved, as well as representatives from the fields of medicine and ethics.  It works with the research program in all institutional, bureaucratic and socio-political matters, and also functions as a controlling body.
