Consulting, teaching, cooperation

The work carried out by the Institute of Specialised Communication and Multilingualism in its three main research fields confers all collaborators the scientific basis for consulting and teaching activities. The Institute offers courses and seminars for different target groups, such as translators, legal experts, public administration officials, teachers and students. The focus lies in particular on the following topics:

• Cross language information tecnologies (European Masters Program in Language and Communication Technologies)
• post-bachelor education
• use of the Information system for legal terminology bistro
• legal terminology
• use of the electronic dictionary ELDIT 
• dictionaries (types, consultation etc.), 
• common European framework of reference for languages, language certificates for German, Italian etc..

The constant collaboration with different project partners at local, national and international level in the main research fields and the know-how and flexibility in project development and acquisition are important characteristics of our Institute.
