The institute employs around a dozen of collaborators. We do not believe in hierarchical structures but rather focus on the competence of each individual. A significant number of our collaborators hold prominent positions at the Council of Europe (Framework Convention for the Protection of National Minorities) or the OSCE (High Commissioner on National Minorities). Out of the dozen of our researchers half are women and the majority of them are lawyers. Our team of researchers resembles a patchwork made up of nationals from many different countries: Austria, Italy, Germany, Denmark, the USA, Romania, Poland and Kosovo. The common thread that unifies our diverse group of collaborators is the passion for our work and our friendly working environment. We are very fortunate to have Francesca Azzarita as our secretary, who takes care of all our administrative matters.
