Eurac Research is looking for a

Researcher in the field of energy economics
The researcher will join the research team of the URBAN AND REGIONAL ENERGY SYSTEMS​​​ group within the Institute for Renewable Energy. The candidate will support the group tasks in running research projects, including life cycle assessment (LCA), life cycle costing (LCC), and techno economic analysis – in particular economic/financial feasibility studies on renewable energy projects.
· Data collection and analysis in the LCA/LCC frameworks
· Economic assessments in the field of sustainable energy transition
· Writing of project reports and scientific publications 
· Master degree engineering or economics
· Hands-on attitude, organizational skills and ability to work independently to achieve the goals
· Reliability and attention to details
· Very good knowledge of English, written and spoken
· Good knowledge of German or Italian
· Good knowledge of the software for LCA/LCC GaBi
