Risikomanagement im Alpenraum – haben wir die Natur im Griff?
Schlamm und Geröll bedecken den Boden der Museumsbibliothek in Grimma. Hier und da sind halb aufgeweichte Buchfetzen zu entdecken. Von den 9000 alten Bänden haben 1000 die Hochwasserkatastrophe im Sommer 2002 heil überstanden. Die Bilanz des kleinen Museums in Ostdeutschland gleicht unzähligen anderen. Nicht immer gelingt es uns die Natur zu zügeln.
