Every four years, the Board of Directors elects the Supervisory Board, three individuals who may not be members of the Assembly. The Supervisory Board selects its chairman, who must be a registered auditor.  The committee's task is to review the EURAC's accounts and fiscal affairs.

The Supervisory Board, elected in 2000, was reconfirmed on 10.06.2004 by the Board of Directors.
