The Eurac Research Winter School on Federalism and Governance is celebrating its 15th edition. Since 2010, Eurac Research and the University of Innsbruck have jointly organized this annual two-week training program taking place both in Innsbruck, Austria, and Bolzano/Bozen, Italy, zoning in on different aspects of federalism, such as power-sharing, the rule of law or languages. This year, from 5 to 16 February, our Winter School is shedding light on the theme "Federalism and Sustainability" from the angles of public institutions, democracy, environment, and finance. We are excited to be welcoming 29 participants from 19 different countries in Europe, Latin America, Asia and Africa who will be conversing and working with more than 30 speakers. With this year's participants, we have also passed the threshold of 400, and for the very first time a participant from Egypt is taking part. Our statistics now show a total of 410 participants from 74 countries in 15 editions. Follow the Eurac Research Institute for Comparative Federalism on social media for live updates.
