Lorenzo Somigli


Lorenzo Somigli was born in Florence, Italy. Journalist and Press Officer, wordsmith for companies and associations; he is also Parliamentary Assistant at the Chamber of Deputies. He analyses the “Wider Mediterranean” in Italian and international reviews such as Fondazione Craxi,, and Turkish Policy Quarterly. Founder of the blog Il Tazebao, to understand the Mundus Furiosus, and of Mare Nostrum Board, a network for a stable Mediterranean cooperation". Co-author of "Now we know your roots are in us" (2021), a complete reportage on Lebanon; in Lebanon, he develops comparative research between Italy and Lebanon.
