With an education background in European Affairs and over 10 years of professional experience as network coordinator and Project manager within a Tech Transfer Company, Marie Clotteau has led the Secretariat of Euromontana since March 2015 until the beginning of 2022, combining responsibilities in advocacy and representation in the fields related to Mountain Quality Food Products, Cohesion Policy, Long-term Vision for Rural Areas or towards the EP Intergroup RUMRA & Smart Villages; project development and coordination, promotion and event organisations and contribution to scientific studies. She has in particular written a study in 2020 on the implementation of the optional quality term for mountain products in different European countries.
