Computer-aided PoS tagger building

The aim of the thesis is to build both methodology and a respective system supporting creation of a Part-of-Speech (PoS) tagger for
 * a setting with scarce data resources, without - or only very little - pre-annotated data
 * a setting with rich data resources, possibly with already pre-annotated data
and extending existing processes of preparing an annotated corpus as the training data for the tagger. The system should support both advanced and novice users.
