The project aims at analysing different processes within businesses, from communication (e.g. what kind of language is used?) to knowledge acquisition (e.g. how are translations managed?) and management (e.g. how are roles distributed?). The final goal is to find and describe the tools and strategies that may change organisational practices so as to favour innovation, quality of work and productivity. If adequately supported by effective tools and strategies, any business organisation does indeed strive to enhance its adaptability to economic and technological innovation and thus to achieve higher productivity.
