The project focuses on developing academic education and training programs as well as touristic product development to enhance economic benefits from tourism in the Black Sea region, in collaboration with various stakeholders. Next to the co-ordination of work between academic institutions and regional actors, the project aims to conceptualize marketing strategies, research, quality-management an environmental issues. Further, step by step the results should be operationalized and as a final result, a specific competence center for the Black Sea region should be established.
