The PV Integration Lab is a facility for the integration of photovoltaic systems in buildings and grids.

Eurac Research is a private research center​ based in Bozen-Bolzano. Our researchers come from a wide variety of scientific fields and all parts of the world.

Besides support activities and scientific consultancy for private or public institutions, Eurac Research developed also a range of freely accessible energy database.
These database, are collections of data on products, simulations, best practices and case studies in different fields (building integrated photovoltaics, energy retrofit of buildings and historic buildings, geothermy, solar-thermal systems).
All developed within main European research projects, they are freely available online for designers, architects, technicians and all those who wish to deepen their knowledge in the world of renewable energy sources

It's fundamental to monitorate also the energy performance of a renewable energy system or technology: our researchers developed toolboxes complete with sensors for indoor environments monitoring, and a series of monitoring services applied in different fields such as buildings, photovoltaics, district heating systems and energy management softwares.
