In accordance with current data protection regulations, Eurac Research, as Data Controller (hereinafter the Controller), hereby provides you (the Data Subject) with information about how your data is processed. Purpose and Legal Basis for the Data Processing Any and all personal data that is in the possession of the Controller, or that may be requested by the Controller, and all personal data included in the CV provided by the applicant, is necessary to efficiently manage your application for the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Week at Eurac Research (including eligibility proof, selection, preparation of the event, communication and follow-up activities). Furthermore, the data is processed for the following purposes: participation in the activities of the event; institutional information and networking; documentation of the event for institutional, archiving and communication purposes, (concerning data revealing the person’s image and voice, e.g. video, audio, photographic, recordings), including, but not limited to presentations, reporting documents, creation of informative material, communication activities using any forms and media, such as web pages and social networks.

If the data subject prefers to not be recorded or photographed the data subject must inform the Eurac Research staff beforehand. In order not to be filmed or recorded during virtual events, you will always be able to disable the webcam and/or mute the microphone.

The legal basis for the processing of your personal data for the purposes indicated above is your consent to the processing of your personal data.

Recipients of the Data Processed The recipients of the data are the persons in charge of data processing activities (staff members from the Research Support Office -Eurac Research), authorized and instructed by the data controller to data processing activities. Some personal data could be transmitted to third countries outside of the EU but only if the transmission of personal data is connected to the performance of the institutional activities of Eurac Research.
