iMONITRAF! Annual Report 2022

The iMONITRAF! platform has just published the annual report 2022, describing the traffic situation of the main transalpine corridors. Eurac Research has contributed to the report by elaborating the chapter 5 (Monitoring) in cooperation with the iMONITRAF! partners and observers, as well as by updating the WebGIS platform of the project.

After the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic, traffic volumes are back to the levels of 2019 and with them the pressure to develop effective and joint solutions to set stronger incentives for modal shift and to ensure that the Alpine regions can become a model for decarbonizing road freight transport. We invite you to take a look at this Annual Report to keep you up-to-date on developments of the network.
