Our researchers provide support to the renovation through building modelling and dynamic simulations of energy performance and comfort. We support the implementation of photovoltaic systems integrated in the roof and on the façade, plus a heat pump system based on geothermal energy. In addition, a concept for natural ventilation of the rooms and an advanced system for monitoring consumption and comfort will be developed.
