We support Eurac Research in the ever-changing international scientific landscape and across the entire research lifecycle, with a view to maximize success in research funding, support early career researchers and participate in developing policy issues around research impact, ethics and integrity, gender and Open Science.
Research Support
Our activity is in close partnership with researchers as well as colleagues from Legal & Procurement, Human Resources, Accountancy and the Library to achieve operational excellence in research support. We provide a comprehensive range of support in the pre- and post-award phase of externally funded research and consultancy projects. The Research Support Office also monitors the development of European research policies and funder requirements to ensure that our researchers are always informed and well prepared for funding success and that the relevant institutional processes and workflows in Eurac Research are up to date.
We support the involvement of Eurac Research in European and international research collaborations and networks – fostering also the continuous development of our staff through a pro-active approach to the training of PhD candidates and a strategic decision to host excellent Marie-Skłodowska-Curie fellows.
