Wissenschaftliche Unterstützung im Bereich Terminologie

Die langjährige Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem Institut für Angewandte Sprachforschung von Eurac Research und dem Amt für Sprachangelegenheiten der Autonomen Provinz Bozen wird durch die Verlängerung der Kooperationsvereinbarung zwischen den beiden Institutionen gefestigt und vertieft. Die erste Kooperationsvereinbarung wurde im Jahre 2015 für einen Zeitraum von vier Jahren abgeschlossen. Ihre Verlängerung basiert auf dem weiterhin vorhandenen Interesse beider Institutionen an einer Kooperation sowie auf den positiven Ergebnissen der Zusammenarbeit. Der zunehmende Gebrauch der Terminologie, die im Rahmen der Zusammenarbeit erarbeitet wird, zeigt, dass das ConsTerm-Projekt erfolgreich und weitsichtig ist. Dies wird auch durch eine Analyse der Zugriffe auf bistro (http://bistro.eurac.edu) bestätigt: Die Anzahl der Zugriffe von Angestellten der Südtiroler Landesverwaltung nehmen stetig zu, was die Nützlichkeit des terminologischen Bestandes unterstreicht. Vor diesem Hintergrund verfolgen das Institut für Angewandte Sprachforschung und das Amt für Sprachangelegenheiten weiterhin folgende Ziele: die Erarbeitung qualitativ hochwertiger Terminologie, die Verbreitung einer korrekten, klaren und kohärenten Rechts- und Verwaltungsterminologie sowie der Ausbau des vorhanden Terminologiebestandes in italienischer und deutscher Sprache. Durch die Zusammenarbeit soll darüber hinaus auch das Bewusstsein in der Bevölkerung für die Wichtigkeit der Verwendung einer korrekten Terminologie im Bereich Recht und Verwaltung, und in Fachbereichen allgemein, gestärkt werden.
