Nicolò Alessi

Nicolò is a post-doctoral researcher in European and Comparative Public Law at UniDistance Suisse and the University of Bern. His main research interests are Diversity accommodation, Minority Rights, Federalism and Climate and Commons Governance. He thinks he does his best in theoretical thinking, which is to him where creativity applies to science. This needs study but also a bit of freedom and craziness. So sometimes he relates to Fellini when he said “Don’t tell me what I’m doing; I don’t wanna know”. He is sporty and very competitive, but at the same time always grappling with impostor syndrome. His next project: a little semi-serious guide to PhD, which is mainly a cathartic experience.
