Times have become tough for printed media of all kinds. This is reflected in falling subscriber and sales figures, a decline in advertising revenue and the fact that younger people in particular are turning away from traditional media and towards online platforms or social media. ‘Online first’ is therefore the motto at many media companies. This also applies to the ‘[Wochenblatt](https://wochenblatt.pl/)’, the newspaper published by Germans in Poland for 35 years.
