PhD position at University of Trieste in collaboration with Eurac Research (Institute for Earth Observation).

The Department of Mathematics and Geosciences at the University of Trieste offers a PhD position in EARTH SCIENCE, FLUID-DYNAMICS AND MATHEMATICS. INTERACTIONS AND METHODS.

The scholarship, co-funded by Eurac Research is reserved for the realization of the following research theme: “GRAVINEVE – Gravimetria per il monitoraggio dei bacini a regime nivoglaciale - GRAVINEVE – Gravimetry for monitoring snow-glacial basins” The selected student will spend at least 6 months at Eurac Research (Institute for Earth Observation) and at least 6 months abroad (Boku Vienna – HyWa). The candidates must explicitly express in the application their interest in this project. The 39th cycle of the PhD program will begin in November 2023 and lasts 3 years (36 months).
