Zemelak Ayitenew Ayele

Zemelak Ayele is a former director of, and an associate professor at the Centre for Federal and Governance Studies of Addis Ababa University and a research fellow at the Dullah Omar Institute of the University of the Western Cape. He is also co-convenor the African School on Decentralisation (ASD)
