Nicole Hambach kommt aus Deutschland und hat von 2019 bis 2021 eine solidarische Landwirtschaft in Natz-Schabs, in der Nähe von Brixen, betrieben. Dem Hof selber hat dieses Projekt nur zwei Jahre gedient. Ein Gespräch über das gemeinschaftliche Handeln und die Zukunft der Landwirtschaft.
