Kick off of the project FROST.INI

On March 11th, the project FROST.INI, PermaFROST Degradation and INstability of High Mountain Infrastructures, officially started with its kick-off meeting in Trieste, financed by the Interreg ITA-AU 2021-2027 program.

The goal of the project is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of permafrost degradation to reduce risks for infrastructures in high mountain regions and to make them more resilient to climate change.
