Executive Leadership
The Executive Leadership is composed of the Head (Founding Director of the Institute) and three Vice Heads: two for science, leading our key pillars of Health Data Science and Translational Biology, and one for Finance & Administration. Together, this team sets direction, ensures alignment with our mission, and represents the institute externally.
Group Leaders
The Group Leaders, both in research and technical fields, drive innovation and excellence in their respective areas. They form the backbone of our scientific and operational advancements, ensuring progress across all aspects of our work.
Researchers
Our Researchers work in Translational Biology and Health Data Science, carrying out research activities and projects that integrate and converge their multidisciplinary knowledge. They make an important contribution to our mission to advance biomedical research and, through translation, innovation, and collaboration, transform discoveries into impact for individual and population health.
Administrative Functions and Research Support
Our Administrative and Research Support Teams, including HR, Communication, Grant Management, Purchasing & Controlling, and Legal Counsel, are fully integrated into the Institute’s mission. They provide essential support and work closely with Executive Leadership to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Advisory Board
Our Scientific Advisory Board brings together six leading experts with extensive experience in biomedical research. They provide independent advice and contribute diverse perspectives – supporting our research strategy, strengthening scientific quality, and helping us anticipate future developments in biomedical research.
