From 7 to 9 April 2026, Francesca Rosignoli, Senior Researcher at the Institute for Minority Rights and the Institute for Comparative Federalism, participated in the ECPR Joint Sessions of Workshops at the University of Innsbruck.
During the joint session, she presented the paper “How is subnational governance responding to climate emergencies? The Citizens’ Assemblies for Climate in South Tyrol and Vorarlberg as a case in point”, taking part in an expert workshop designed to foster in-depth discussion and collective feedback.
The workshop provided a valuable opportunity to engage with leading scholars in the field and to receive constructive and insightful feedback, contributing to the further development of the paper’s theoretical framework and comparative analysis on subnational climate governance and participatory democratic innovation.
