Sara Lago

Short Bio

I am a post-doctoral researcher in the group of Biostatistics and Epidemiology lead by Dr. Cristian Pattaro. I obtained a M. Sc. degree in Medical Biotechnologies and a Ph.D in Molecular Medicine at the University of Padova (Italy). I have consolidated experience on human chromatin biology and epigenetic profiling using Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies.  More recently, I have been involved in the development of a computational tool for the visualization and integration of genomic data tracks.
