This project aims to realize a feasibility study of the Mobility Management for enterprises in the municipality of Bolzano. First, reasons, advantages and challenges of mobility management are discussed. Second, the legislative reference is presented, including the actors involved and their potential role in the process. Third, a methodological framework is provided: all the main phases of a mobility management plan are listed, from the preliminary ones to the marketing activities (label, certification, awards). Finally, potential stakeholders and target groups are identified, which could contribute actively to the implementation of this feasibility study. This should lead to a concrete implementation of the MM plan for the interested enterprises.
