Over the past fifteen years, the cyber domain has become central to Middle East politics. States, non-state groups, and external powers use cyberattacks pressure in parallel with kinetic conflicts and diplomacy. Data centers and AI are reshaping the region's geopolitical weight, while surveillance, data leaks, and disruptions of essential services hit critical sectors like energy and extend cyber politics deep into communities and institutions.
