European Innovation Leaders meet at NOI Techpark

From next 7 to 9 May, Bolzano will become the meeting point of the European innovation scene: This year's European Summit of the "International Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation" (IASP) will be held for the first time at NOI Techpark – with around 100 expected participants from across Europe.

The central question is how innovation hubs a local impact can have while remaining relevant across Europe. Under the motto "How to generate local impact with European relevance," the summit offers a diversified program of lectures, workshops, laboratory tours, and networking formats.

Delegations, executives, and innovation leaders from numerous European countries will be guests in Bozen to discuss strategies for future-oriented innovation policies – always with an eye on current challenges such as climate change, digitalization, or the shortage of skilled workers.

The three-day program includes topics such as South Tyrol green technologies with a presentation by Wolfram Sparber, Head of the Institute, who will talk about Local impact with EU relevance in the sector of green technologies.

In addition to expert lectures and workshops, there will be exclusive insights into the NOI laboratories as well as a networking format for women in the innovation sector.
