Marco Merola, a known Italian journalist and science communicator, has recently gathered insights into the FROST.INI, SNOWCOP, and PROSNOW projects, exploring what we study and how our research is carried out.
As part of this work, he interviewed our head of Institute Claudia Notarnicola, and our researchers Chiara Crippa, and Carlo Marin, discussing their scientific approaches and the key questions driving their research on mountain and cryosphere environments.
Marco Merola is known for his reporting on science, technology, and climate change. He is the founder and creator of the web documentary “ADAPTATION” (adaptation.it), a multimedia project that investigates solutions and human adaptation strategies to environmental and climate change.
On January 21st on RAI 3 at Geo, Marco Merola talked about "Mountains and Glaciers", highlighting the importance of scientific research in understanding and responding to climate change.
