Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025

Eurac Research is going to take part at the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC2025) in Rome on July 10-11, 2025. Wolfram Sparber (Institute for Renewable Energy), Francesco Palermo (Institute for Comparative Federalism), and Günther Rautz (Institute for Minority Rights), will join global stakeholders to discuss critical topics such as macroeconomic stability, climate protection, healthcare, and education, all aimed at strengthening Ukraine's resilience and recovery.

Additionally, on July 9th, Wolfram Sparber will be speaking about energy planning at the Pre-URC roundtable, "Building Trust and Value: Investments in Clean Energy and Security," organized by UN Global Compact Ukraine. The event will focus on attracting investment for Ukraine's new energy infrastructure, emphasizing trust-building and sustainable development.

This meeting is part of the Ukrainian Energy Initiative by UN Global Compact Ukraine. The roundtable is organized in partnership with the UK Government, with the support of GE Vernova.
