DIAMANT

The DIAMANT project aims to develop a methodology to organise an efficient digital supply chain for the production of prefabricated timber products for building envelopes. Using a combination of LEAN Production techniques and digital automation, the project seeks to optimise the information flow from design to production and installation. The main objective is to demonstrate the effectiveness of this methodology through the study of prefabricated façades for energy renovation, with the idea of providing local companies with a basis for the efficient industrialisation of such products.
