OpenFace

ERASMUS+: OpenFace

The green transition towards a low-carbon and user-centred built environment requires a community of lecturers, students and practitioners that shares the same multi-disciplinary and advanced knowledge on sustainable facades across all European countries. The project OpenFace will overcome the current fragmentation of knowledge, by providing a high-quality open digital program (MicroMaster) and educational content and creating the means for a united pan-European community in sustainable facades. OpenFace will unify current knowledge on sustainable façade design and engineering by sharing across all Europe the most advanced multi-disciplinary expertise in the field. The learning activities and events of OpenFace will enable synergies between students, lecturers and practitioners in all Europe. This will boost the European capability for educating towards the design and construction of resource-efficient and user-centred buildings, thereby accelerating the green transition of cities.
