The object of the scientific collaboration is the development of a methodology for optimizing the management of the building stock of public bodies, with a particular focus on the energy requalification processes and on the quality of internal environments of buildings and tunnels. The collaboration with the province of Bolzano allows on the one hand to receive feedback to direct the research activities, and on the other hand to apply the developed methodology to the local built park.
