The role of Eurac Research
As part of the SINFONIA project, Eurac Research coordinates the activities relevant to the Bolzano district. In this building our researchers have provided support in relation to the measurement of solar potential, the development of wooden prefabricated windows and "loggia"elements, simulations of solar-thermal systems and district heating, post-refurbishment energy consumption monitoring.
Implemented technologies
Energy coat, wooden prefabricated windows and "loggia"elements, green roof, centralized hydronic system, solar thermal system and photovoltaic plant, connection to the district heating network by a centralized sub-station.
